Protect the Seller Agent Program: Terms and Conditions

Version: interim-v1-2026-07-29

1. What this is

Protect the Seller, brought to you by Truth in Real Estate®, is a program that reviews agents who commit to the Protect the Seller values and connects some of them with home sellers through the Truth in Real Estate® referral network.

2. Registration and review

Registering does not add you to the Circle. A person on our team reviews every registration. We may approve or decline any registration at our discretion, and we may ask you for more information.

3. No guarantee of referrals

Being in the Circle does not guarantee you will receive any referrals. Referrals depend on seller demand, your coverage area, and other factors.

4. Accurate information

You agree the information you provide is truthful and current, and you will keep it up to date. We may verify it against public sources.

5. The Commitment

You agree to uphold the Protect the Seller Commitment in your work with sellers. We may revoke your membership in the Circle if you do not.

6. Contact consent

You agree that Truth in Real Estate® may contact you by email, text, and phone about your registration, your status, and referral opportunities. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of referrals at any time.

7. Referral relationship

If you accept a referral, a separate referral agreement governs any fee owed. These Terms do not by themselves create a referral fee obligation.

8. Data

We store your information in our CRM to operate the program. We do not sell it.

9. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms or end the program. Continued participation after an update means you accept the updated Terms. You may withdraw at any time by contacting us.

These Terms are an interim version (interim-v1-2026-07-29) and will be updated after legal review. The version you accept is recorded with your registration, so we always know which text you agreed to.
